Songs, stories, and play are interwoven to allow each child to freely express themselves in a relaxed, fun, nurturing environment while learning self-regulation, social interaction, and empowerment skills.

Cathleen offers a unique approach to holistic health, incorporating knowledge gleaned from 30+ years of nursing experience with adults, infants, and children of all ages and abilities. She is trained in Radiant Child Yoga (pending) and Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
