What do sound healing, reflexology, and gong bath have in common? They each offer deep relaxation, stress, relief, and healing via differing pathways in the bodymind. Reflexology focuses on applying pressure to areas on the feet and hands to promote equilibrium in the corresponding body parts. Sound therapy uses instruments like chimes, crystal bowls, drums, and gongs to create resonant frequencies that induce meditative states. A gong bath is an extended meditative experience, cleansing the body and energy field (aura) of clutter and stagnation.
Imagine a weekend where you are immersed in all three! As a combined benefit, this is a powerful synergy for nervous system regulation, pain relief, improved sleep, emotional release, and spiritual connection.

Give yourself permission. Drop all the do-ing and dedicate this time just for you. It isn’t self-centered, it is self-centering. Choose peace, happiness, and bliss! Three and a half days of silent sitting, mantra recitation, walking meditation, yoga, and sound/gong journeys. Private healing sessions of Reiki and Reflexology available (additional fee). Infrared Sauna included for all retreat attendees.
Sing with the birds, dance with the dragonflies, fall into grace with the rain on your skin and the sun in your face.
